We've had a bit of feedback from journalists that some PR execs could get better results when responding to enquiries if they avoided common pitfalls.
Such pitfalls include: sending unsolicited attachments; replying to enquiries with irrelevant information without establishing a link; calling a journalist who has requested contact by email and responding after the journalist's deadline.
