Our customers can now reach our research team directly on a ‘local’ rate hotline number launched today.
Looking for a particular journalist? Want to check if a features list is available for a publication? Just call 0845 370 7778 and you’ll get straight through to a research team member who will do their best to help you.
We’ve also launched a new main number and a dedicated number for our accounts team, for payment queries. Both numbers are ‘local’ rate. Our existing ‘national’ rate numbers will remain operable.

Journalists prefer baseball caps

The results of our recent competition coinciding with the launch of our portal website shows that journalists prefer baseball caps over t-shirts.
Out of the journalists whose correct entries were picked by our computer, 80 per cent selected the baseball cap over the t-shirt.
What does this mean? Do they get sent too many free t-shirts? Do freelances never get out of their pyjamas? Frankly, I’m not sure what it means - but feel free to email me if you have any theories about journalist clothing preferences!
