The Internet World show in London was pretty busy today and it seemed the online marketing stands were getting a good share of the attention.
We chose the first day of the event to issue a press release on the fact over 400 people have so far downloaded my online PR whitepaper Public Relations versus Search Marketing in under four weeks.
There were more press releases than shelf space in the press office - proof that despite the huge growth in the online press release its paper parent lives on! Nothing wrong with that of course, but paradoxically, for an event with so much focus on online marketing, much of the PR undertaken by the exhibitors seemed of the offline variety.
Despite this, there are of course lots of online press releases available on our special page for the show.
