Tips for using journalist enquiries effectively

Another record-breaking service is the Response Source Journalist Enquiries System which is on track to deliver 15,000 requests from journalists this year.
Given this huge volume we do get a lot of feedback from senders and receivers of the Response Source enquiries. The things we hear a lot are:
